About Paulina

Paulina qualified into Intellectual Property in 2020. She joined HLK in July 2024 having previously worked at a leading international law firm where she gained invaluable experience.

To date, Paulina has dealt with a wide range of IP disputes, representing both claimants and defendants, with a particular focus on trade mark, copyright, design and database right matters. She is also experienced in filing and managing UDRP and Nominet domain name complaints, lodging social media infringement complaints, and issuing or defending Company Names Tribunal proceedings. Additionally, Paulina has handled non-contentious matters such as IP due diligence, advising on compliance with advertising rules and the Consumer Protection Regulations, and preparing IP licences, assignments and co-existence agreements.

The clients Paulina has worked with range from start-ups and SMEs to internationally recognised entities in various sectors, including: retail, food & beverage, automotive, real estate, energy, life sciences, education, technology and sports.
