About Antonia

Antonia joined HLK on qualification as a Solicitor in September 2024 after training at a prominent regional law firm. During her training, she gained experience in both Commercial Contracts & IP. She also completed a client secondment where she dealt with IP and commercial matters for a global football organisation that owns a Premier League football club and various international clubs.

Her experience so far working with a diverse pool of clients ranging from technology companies to manufacturers and well-known retailers has provided Antonia with a comprehensive understanding of different industries. Antonia has also built a solid, well-rounded technical foundation by working on both non-contentious and contentious matters including drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, IP assignments and licences acting in relation to various IP disputes relating to trade mark and design rights, as well as due diligence and advising clients on the use and protection of IP rights.
