Amanda Mallon ist UK Trade Mark Attorney. Sie hat 2004 den Abschluss beim Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) erworben. Amanda liebt es mit Marken zu arbeiten und Mandanten aus unterschiedlichen Industriefeldern, beispielsweise Lebensmittel, Fashion, sowie Restaurants oder Immobilien, zu betreuen. Sie hat langjährige Erfahrung im Schutz und der Verwertung von Markenrechten im Vereinigten Königreich, in der Europäischen Union und Übersee. Sie berät in allen Facetten des Marken- und Designrechts, dies umfasst u.a. die Durchführung von Ähnlichkeitsrecherchen, Erstellung von Anmeldestrategien, Portfoliomanagement, Widerspruchs- und Löschungsverfahren.

Amanda Mallon ist ein wichtiges Mitglied unserer Markenanmeldepraxis. Sie vertritt Mandanten vor dem britischen Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) und dem Amt der Europäischen Union für geistiges Eigentum (EUIPO). Sie ist Mitglied der CITMA und der INTA (International Trade Marks Association).

Bevor sie sich HLK anschloss, hatte sie das Marken- und Designteam ihrer früheren Kanzlei geleitet sowie in verschiedenen Kanzleien im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz in London und Sydney gearbeitet.
